A rather dull and gloomy day with persistant light rain from the very early hours of the morning right up until mid afternoon with one or two heavier bursts of rain.

 

Unfortunately the ground became too wet for cricket to commence so the fixtures against Tonbridge at home were cancelled. However it remained dry at Tonbridge so they managed to host a full days cricket.

 

Tennis and athletics were also cancelled on safety grounds.
