Farm Field, Bigside and Derby Field were sprayed with a selective herbicide today.

 

Prep School Cricket Festival preparations continued.

 

Six days of hot and breezy weather has taken it's toll on the grounds with drought stress evident on all fields. Evapotranspiration has been high at around 5mm per day. The forecast is becoming unsettled with heavy rain forecast for Saturday night and Sunday so hopefully we won't get too much run-off and get some much needed water back into the soil.
