Overnight temperatures dipped to -4.8C freezing the snow on the ground solid. The expected high today is just 2C and with the wind increasing to a moderate N/W'ly will make it feel like -5C with windchill.

 

Football at Wellington has been cancelled and I am awaiting confirmation on the hockey fixtures but that looks likely to be cancelled also as the synthetic pitches are covered with frozen snow.
